Vienna April 6, 2011. A nice guy driving a Renault Scenic asked me in Italian for the best way out of Vienna direction to Rome. For my explanation he offered jackets remaining from a fashion fair. At the end he came up with 4 pieces and with a story that he had lost much money at the Casino Baden. To pay the highway toll for the route to Rome he asked for several hundreds of euro as compensation for the Jackets. Unfortunately I did not check out the real background of his contact and gave him 100 Euro for 2 Jackets. Now I found many comments on this kind of business on that forum and want to contribute with my experience. Needless to say that I could have reacted more professional to stop that guy (calling himself Andrea Napo) and deliver more details for a report to the police. 1297664

Then one italian man park the car& want to ask the way to go back to Rome.My husband explain him the way to drive from Bodensee to Rome. He feel appreciated and give R.E.A. Leather jackets 3 pcs in return for free without asking for any money.We came back home & we are so happy  |

Marco asks for directions out of town, next thing you have jackets in your hands and a request for gas money. Smelly polyester jackets from China. I was hit for 90 euros... high price for street-side entertainment. |

He thanks me and begins to show me some jackets that he claims are Armani .... MMMMM.... I think ...oh great ! so what !! then he says here are 2 beautiful jacket,s that are genuine Armani and asks me to touch the quality ... again I think mmmmm ... and feel a little suspicious that a guy that i have never met and just ask,s me the way somwhere is giving me 2 Armani jackets for nothing .... so then ... he says he was in Barden last night at the casino and that he had a wonderful evening entertaining 2 lovely ladies with champagne ....and that they had all got very pissed and then he tells me that he had lost 8.000 euroe,s there and that he had to get back to Rome ....but he had blown all his money last night and that he had a full petrol tank ...but this was,nt enough to get back to Rome.... could I give him some money ? anything would do ..just something for the jackets that he had given me ... So .. like a mug !!! ( GOT TO LAUGH ABOUT IT ) I knew I had 60.00 euroe,s in my very cheap C&A jacket pocket ... so I gave him that !! He asked me if I could give him more and had I got a bankomat that we could go to the bank o mat ( HOLE IN THE WALL ) i said that it was the whole money I could give him and I had not got anymore .... So he thanked me for the money and sped away in his silver car with italian plates .... He had damaged the car on the left hand side at the front ..incase that would help anyone else if this happens to them ... I got home and told my beautiful girlfriend what had just happened to me ... she immediatly said ..he was a con man and the jackets were probably made in China ... completly right !! We then looked at the labels and came upon this website .... so ... people out there beware of a good looking italian German , English speaking fake Armani rep .... He,s a bad boy ...and he is making a fortune every day !!!! |
